ENTREPRENEURIAL THINKING: THE #1 SKILL YOUR ORGANIZATION NEEDS

WHAT HAPPENS AT A FRESHBIZ WORKSHOP?

SERIOUS FUN – EMPOWER ENTREPRENEURIAL THINKING

In 3 hours of intense gameification, we don’t just talk about entrepreneurial thinking or value-creation. We bring it to life – with vivid compressed adrenaline-loaded experience. In less than 20 minutes, participants see how their decisions, actions, collaborations impact value-creation – without having to wait months or years to see the consequences. With intentional “What, So What, In What, Now What” insight-to-action — they move from game to reflection to real-life application, as active partners accelerating enterprise-critical innovation initiatives.

THE FRESHBIZ GAME EXPERIENCE

Players enter the room and join a table with 3-4 other players. Is it a team? Or a “monopoly game-board” of competitors? Are the other tables playing in parallel in separate universes or are they rival enterprises? These are the ambiguities that players decode in a 90 minute immersive game adventure. The goal is to win the game, by working their way around the board from the start-up circle to the scale-up circle and, finally, if they make it, to the winner’s circle. How they collaborate, compete, come up with creative ideas and solutions, spot opportunities, experiment and learn in real-time, smartly manage their resources and make things happen – all this is part of the game experience.

SO WHAT? – THE DEBRIEF

At “time out!” check-ins and at the end of the game, we ask, “What did it take to win?” Your players see how success behaviours equip them to seize win/win/win opportunities and co-create to accelerate and expand value-creation. They spot the defensive traps that all teams face, when new players come together to sharpen thinking, compete for resources, jostle for hegemony and co-create. They see how to lift teams out of defensive traps to inspire and co-create. And breath a sigh of relief that learning came in a game, which is easier, quicker more fun and less expensive than learning from real-life business experience.

IN WHAT AND NOW WHAT? – TAKING IT TO YOUR BUSINESS AND LIFE

Tens of thousands of innovation leaders have seen FreshBiz and other game experiences have a dramatic vivid impact on high-potential teams – to think, communicate, co-create and get to the “winners circle.” Each action learning game workshop concludes with a practical look at your innovation leadership opportunities and challenges – so you get the most from post-M&A integration efforts, from launch teams and account teams offering breakthrough new solutions, from any team tapping diverse perspectives to sharpen thinking and achieve more faster better goals in competitive VUCA conditions.
