Step 1 starts at the end – with the success you dare to dream is possible. Are you engaging a Courage Coach for a single pitch-prep or crucial conversation prep? We’ll ask about the audience and the call to action that will take you forward? Are you starting a 6-10 month journey to build new habits + reshape your team’s culture? We’ll ask you to complete an Aspiration Assessment – so you define your success metrics, career goals, and the network multiplier effect that will show you’re driving adoption and making an impact.


Step 2 expands your self-awareness – so you see how to leverage your superpowers and so you’re mentally prepared for the triggers that can throw you off of your A-game and make it tempting to settle for costly risk-averse compromises. You’ll see how to leverage your superpowers – and where you’ll need to switch on the courage centre in your brain, so instincts don’t lead you astray. In a single consultation, we’ll ask you to rehearse your pitch or courage-building conversation. In a Courage Journey, we’ll validate our impressions with Leadership Assessments like the EnQourage Scale and possibly with 360-feedback
Step 3 gives you a Mobilization Plan to define “what you need from whom.” And shows you how to use Work OS tools to hold your network, matrix, teammates or alliance partners on belay, orchestrate support + get traction with the accountability you need. You’ll see who’s already onboard as a Level 4 solution-finder and Level 5 evangelist and champion, and who’s a holdout at Level 1 or Level 2. So you can see how to bring them through Level 3 Learning and win the support you need.


Step 4 is the heart of your Courage Leadership Journey – ennobling uplifting courage-building dialogues to put your superpowers to work in realtime, find win/win/win solutions when conflicts arise, overcome bias and reach out to bridge differences so diverse partners work together with trust and ingenuity to optimize value, not settle for risk-averse compromises. We focus on people, places and things – not abstractions. You’ll rehearse for real interactions. We’ll show up alongside you to shadow you and see you in action, when we can, and may work with you to mobilize the support you need.
Step 5 prepares you to pitch to internal and external stakeholders – so you accelerate positive decisions, get traction, and mobilize a strong team effort to drive adoption. We may rehearse you and a few colleagues for key meetings with buyers, investors, regulators, boards + Value Analysis Committees. Or we may suggest a Courage Workshop so all of the key members of your team are ready to Make Courage Contagious with one another, lift each other’s game, support each others’ best efforts and champion your vision and your values.


Step 6 equips you to expand the network you’ve mobilized – with specs for the additional advisors, executors, co-development and channel partners, buyers, payers, KOL advocates and others you add to the network. You’ll have a vision + values framed – so you can onboard new partners and inspire them to contribute to the impact you’re committed to achieve. And you’ll redefine your own role, whether it’s delegating more and moving into something new for yourself or expanding your orchestration and your craft to mesh with new partners.
